MANILA, Philippines — Four American men have been barred from entering the Philippines after they were found with history of child abuse, according to the Bureau of Immigration (BI).

Denied entry by the BI were Justin Henry Glasgow, 43; Daniel Clare Rademacher, 60; Khaliff Francis Ammen, 29; and Brian William Sanchez, 68.

Glasgow was turned down at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 on Oct. 8, while Rademacher, Ammen and Sanchez were blocked at the NAIA Terminal 1 on Oct. 9 and 12, and Nov. 2, respectively.

The BI said Glasgow was “convicted of child pornography in 2005 and sentenced by a court martial to 10 years in prison,” while Rademacher was convicted with “two counts of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree wherein the victim was a 15-year-old girl” in 2004.

Also found guilty were Ammen “for child pornography and possession of lewd pictures and videos of his 11-year-old victim” in 2016, as well as Sanchez for child pornography in 2003.

The rejection of the entry of the Americans were part of the BI’s #ShieldKids campaign, which is “aimed at preventing the entry and stay of foreign sexual predators and sex tourists.”

“They have been placed in our blacklist and banned from re-entering the Philippines for being undesirable alienstmt play,” BI Commissioner Joel Anthony Viado said.
